Graduated from Sup de Pub Paris, Alban Penicaut (39 y.o.) is a Creative Director at Havas Paris, reporting to Christophe Coffre, President – Head of Creation.
After a trip around the world, he began his career in advertising in 2002 as a Designer & Editor at Saatchi & Saatchi Paris where he stood out from the crowd by winning the Cannes Young Lions. In 2004, he joined BDDP & Fils as a Copywriter before integrating TBWA Map’s (now Being) Creation department in 2007 (Orange, M6 Mobile, BMW, Absolut, France 5, Red Cross, etc.).
He joined the Havas Group in 2011 by co-founding Cake Paris, French office of this UK-based digital and brand experiences hot shop (integrated campaigns for Canal +, Coca-Cola, Orange, Sosh, Aubade, Carrefour, etc.).
Attracted by the opportunity of exploring the Havas galaxy, he then joined Havas 360 in 2015, today merged with Havas Paris. Alban now orchestrates powerful communication plans, imagines and designs web series, brand contents, events, etc. for brands such as Mercedes, La Poste, Mercurochrome, Easy Cash, Slate, Stikbot, Domity.
Cannes Lions, One Show, Eurobest, Clio, Epica, Cristal, AD Club, Grand Prix Strategies, etc. many awards congratulate his work, especially on the recent campaigns for Mercurochrome and Lehning Laboratories.
On his personal time, Alban Pénicaut produces music videos and plays drums.
